Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Avery & Co websites, services, forms, newsletter, Avery AI experiences, and related account or payment features.

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Using our services

You may use Avery & Co websites and services for lawful business, creative, marketing, and productivity purposes.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass authentication or payment controls, disrupt infrastructure, or use our services to create harmful, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content.

Project inquiries and communication

Information submitted through forms, email, phone, LINE, or newsletter signups should be accurate and submitted by someone authorized to represent the relevant business or project.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship until both parties agree to a formal proposal, scope, or contract.

Credits, payments, and AI usage

Some Avery AI tools require credits. Prices, packages, and usage rates may change over time and are shown in the relevant product interface.

Credits are consumed when an eligible AI request completes successfully. Failed requests should not normally consume credits, but edge cases may be reviewed by support.

AI output limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing material. You should review, edit, and verify outputs before commercial or legal use.

Brand, trademark, company registration, SEO, and legal-readiness suggestions are informational only and are not professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Intellectual property

Avery & Co owns the platform, interface, workflows, software, design systems, service materials, and website content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must ensure that content you submit does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change services to improve reliability, security, pricing, or product functionality.

We may restrict access if these terms are violated or if activity creates legal, payment, security, or operational risk.
